Urgent Opening for Business Development Managers


Position: Business Development Manager

The BDM is to promote the sales of certification, training and other products and services provided by the client.

Responsibilities:
  • To identify key market prospects and generate business leads and opportunities through customer calls, emails and visits
  • Effective data management and allocation of leads to facilitate future sales activities
  • Actively use the available Customer Relationship Management tool
  • Adopt a team approach to working both within own group and other departments
  • Coordinate with the Sales Team to realize leads into sales and the Marketing Team to promote new and premium solutions
  • Support in organizing of seminars and workshops with clients and partners
  • Obtain market, industry and competitor information and trends to develop effective business strategies
Dimensions/Performance Measures:
  • Achievement of quality sales leads quota set
  • Generation of monthly business leads and opportunities summary report
  • Realization of scheduled promotional events
  • Management of clientele base
